Very patient and explained everything clearly. He made sure that we could duplicate what he showed us ourselves. Excellent results

Peter is very personable and immediately put me at ease. He is calm and reassuring with a new student. It is obvious that he is extremely tech savvy, but very patient with a person like myself who is not. I got just what I wanted from our first meeting - as well as a few extra tips. At the same time he was careful to not make me feel overwhelmed. In addition, Peter assured me that he would be available to help with any technical problems that might arise in the future, which was really good to know.

Update: After a few more telephone and in-person sessions with Peter, I need to reiterate what I said before and add that he is willing to go "above and beyond " to give the best service to his clients. Really a joyful and pleasant personality who is able to instruct and give reassurance and comfort to those of us who are struggling to navigate today's ever changing world of technology.

Finally, it’s importantf to note that Peter is articulate and charming. And despite the fact that he’s an experienced techie, he is not one bit weird.
